One of my all-time favorite books is A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle. I don't remember what prompted it, but today I was thinking about how, in the right hands, it could be made into an awesome movie. They made a TV version a few years back that was pretty good. It wasn't great but, apart from a couple of minor and seemingly pointless digressions, it stuck pretty close to the theme of the book.
So anyway, as I was contemplating all this, I ran across this awesome video which retells the story of A Wrinkle in Time in 90 seconds (give or take):
It wasn't what I had in mind, but it's still pretty awesome.
Although, if I may be annoying and nitpicky, the universe ripping doesn't happen until the sequel, A Wind in the Door. However, when it does happen, it is "BAAAAAAAAAD!"
